31. NORMAS GENERALES

31.1. Plazos

Los plazos señalados por días se entienden que se refieren a días hábiles y se contarán a partir del día siguiente a aquel en que tenga lugar la notificación del acto de que se trate.

Se consideran días inhábiles, y se excluirán del cómputo, los sábados, los domingos y los declarados festivos en el municipio donde tuviera el domicilio el interesado o en la sede del Órgano, así como los fijados por el Secretario de la Comisión Deontológica, cuando concurran circunstancias excepcionales debidamente motivadas. Se considerará inhábil el mes de agosto a todos los efectos.

31.2. Notificaciones

Las notificaciones se practicarán por cualquier medio que permita tener constancia de la recepción por el interesado o su representante, así como de la fecha, la identidad y el contenido del acto notificado. La acreditación de la notificación efectuada se incorporará en el expediente.

31. GENERAL RULES

31.1 Deadlines

The deadlines indicated in days are understood to refer to business days and will be counted from the day after notification of the act to which it applies.

Non-working days, excluded from calculation, are considered to be Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays in the municipality where the interested party has the professional address or where the Body’s headquarters are located, as well as those determined by the Secretary of the Code of Practice Committee whenever appropriately motivated exceptional circumstances arise. The month of August shall be considered a non-working month to all effects.

31.2. Notifications

Notifications will be made by any means that allows for confirmation of reception by the interested party or its representative, as well as the date, identity and contents of the act being notified. Confirmation of the notification provided will be incorporated into the file.
