Las compañías farmacéuticas son responsables de identificar la Organización Sanitaria encargada de la organización o gestión de la actividad formativa o reunión científico-profesional. Las compañías farmacéuticas no pueden patrocinar ni colaborar, directa o indirectamente, con las actividades formativas y reuniones científico-profesionales organizadas por Profesionales Sanitarios a título individual.
Pharmaceutical companies are responsible for identifying the Healthcare Organisation organising or managing the educational activity or scientific-professional meeting. Pharmaceutical companies shall not sponsor nor collaborate, directly or indirectly, in educational activities and scientific-professional meetings organised individually by Healthcare Professionals.
