Complaint Procedure (Jury)
Any person with a legitimate interest in proceeding against a specific activity in breach of the Code, can issue the complaint through the self-regulation system, directly addressing it to the Jury of the Association for Self-Regulation of Commercial Communications (Jury of Autocontrol).
For further information with regard to the minimal formal requirements the complaint must comply with consult Article 32.2 Complaint Procedure.
See below a graphic representation, within the complaint procedure, of the resolution stage carried out before the Jury of the Association for Self-Regulation of Commercial Communications (Jury of Autocontrol). It is only applicable to:
(i) the complaints issued by the Surveillance Unit or a pharmaceutical company where no mediation agreement has been reached (prior stage before the Code of Practice Committee), and
(ii) complaints issued by a third party not subject to the Code.
The Jury of Autocontrol shall resolve the complaints received according to its rules of procedure.
