Which kind of data is collected by Farmaindustria and what is the purpose for the processing of your personal data?
Personal data collected through the Website will be duly incorporated in the databases under the responsibility of Farmaindustria which will be registered in Farmaindustria’s record of processing activities.
Personal data consists of information that allows identifying individual individuals, such as name, postal address, email or telephone number. We only collect personal data provided by the User through our Website.
In particular, Farmaindustria collects the following personal data provided by the User:
- User communications: it includes any personal data provided by the User in the course of the communications with Farmaindustria related to incidents, complaints or any other.
- Through the section Restricted Area, the User may provide his personal data, the company he works for, position and his email address.
Farmaindustria may combine your personal data with other information provided by the User or collected from the Website as above mentioned. In those cases, all combined information will be processed as personal data during the period the information remains combined.

The legal basis for data processing is legitimate interest in order to allow the proper navigation and functioning of the Website, as well as for the management of our professional relationship.

At any time you may exercise before Farmaindustria your rights to access, rectify, erase and oppose (ARSO), pursuant to the applicable legislation. This means you can ask what personal data we have about you, update, or you can request that Farmaindustria stops using data for a specific purpose, or simply require Farmaindustria to delete all personal data from our files and databases.
In the event the User decides to oppose to the processing of the personal data, Farmaindustria will no longer process personal data in connection to such User. Personal data may still be processed for the purposes established in data protection legislation or bring defence against legal claims.
- Right to erasure, allowing the User to obtain the erasure of his personal data when the personal data held by Farmaindustria is excessive, obsolete or not accurate.
- Right to data portability, allowing the User to receive all personal data provided to Farmaindustria, in a structured, commonly used format as well as the right to transfer those data to another platform.
- Right to restrict data processing, in the following cases: (i) when the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the User, for a period enabling Farmaindustria to verify the accuracy of the personal data; (ii) the data processing is unlawful, and the User opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead and (iii) Farmaindustria no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing , but they are required by the User for the exercise or defence or legal claims.
After the User exercises any of the abovementioned rights, and during Farmaindustria’s verification period, all personal data will be kept blocked. The blocking procedure will prevent Farmaindustria from processing or erasing such personal data.
For the exercise of any of the abovementioned rights, the User shall contact Farmaindustria by email, addressing the request to email@example.com, indicating as reference: “EXERCISE OF RIGHTS” and identifying at the right to be exercised.
What is Data Quality?
The User warrants and represents before Farmaindustria as well as any other third party, the quality of the information provided, that is, that the data and information provided is true, accurate, updated and it belongs to the User and not to third parties. Therefore, by providing to Farmaindustria the personal data and the information the User decides to submit to the account, the User represent and warrant to Farmaindustria and to any other third party that provided personal data is accurate and complies with the principle of quality.
In any case, the delivery of false or outdated data is forbidden. The User shall identify himself with its real name and with accurate and current data. Through the Website Farmaindustria reserves the right to verify this information at any time by means of requiring the User to provide any official documentation that may serve as personal identification.
The User shall immediately communicate to Farmaindustria any change in connection to its personal data so that the information contained in the data files is updated and presents no errors.

What security measures has Farmaindustria adopted to guarantee the integrity of your data?
Farmaindustria cares to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Users personal data. Therefore, we have taken several security measures and technical means to prevent the loss, misuse or access to the personal data without the User permission.
Nevertheless, it is also the User responsibility to control the personal information and therefore Farmaindustria asks and encourages all Users to be careful with the shared information and content. Farmaindustria shall not control the content and information the User chooses to share with other Users and, therefore, Farmaindustria is not responsible for the consequences of the Users own actions.
Farmaindustria pledges (i) to act rapidly and in a responsible manner in the event the Users personal data security is deemed at risk, and (ii) to report it if relevant with the greatest diligence.
In case of a personal data breach, Farmaindustria undertakes to notify the Spanish Data Protection Authority (SDPA) with undue delay and not later than seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of such breach. Likewise, when the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of Users, Farmaindustria will communicate the personal data breach and the measures taken to mitigate the risks and adverse effects to Users.
